The word “how” is key here: it is what defines your company’s competitive advantage.
What makes business model development different
This is a project where both the client team and the consulting team work together. We do not simply “hand over a developed model.” We build it together, and in the process your team gains initial capabilities for working with business models. That means next time, and in a living company there will be a next time because the market changes, part of the work can already be done internally.
Two companies can have the same product, the same market, and the same goals, yet one grows and the other does not. Most often, the difference is not in the product or the effort. It is in the business model: how exactly the company creates value for the customer and gets paid for it.
Business model development is a short project where we work together to understand how your model works today and how it should work for the company to grow.
Launching a new business line and needing to work out its economics before the start.
Entering a new market or a new country, where the current model cannot simply be copied as is.
The current model has stopped working: margins are shrinking, customers are not returning, and growth has stalled.
The business is preparing to attract investors or for a sale, and needs a clear, well-developed model.
The overall strategy is clear, but something feels off in the logic of how the company makes money.

What we do NOT do
- We do not work from Lean Canvas or Business Model Canvas templates “as in a textbook”; we use our own methodology.
- We do not force your model into a neat-looking diagram.
- We do not hand you a ready-made model without your team. Without your involvement, it will not take root.
Methodology
Our projects are based on Aliaksandr Pankou’s proprietary methodology, described in detail in the book “Strategy Labyrinths 8K,” published by Mann, Ivanov and Ferber.
