An Independent Review of Your Strategy in 15 Days

We review not only the strategy itself, but also how well it connects to the market, owner goals, and the realities of execution.

Audit goals

  • Assess the risks of executing the current strategy.
  • Evaluate whether the strategy is realistic under current conditions and with the team you have.
  • Review the depth of analysis: whether the strategy reflects today’s realities and tomorrow’s challenges.

How the work is organized

The audit is completed within 15 calendar days, provided the company shares the requested documents on time.

You have developed a strategy and seem to have covered everything, but something still feels off. The team insists the plan is solid, yet execution is stalling. The external environment is changing faster than the strategy assumed. Or you are joining the business as a partner and need an independent review of a strategy developed without your involvement.

An audit is a short project that gives you a clear picture of where the strategy is losing traction, what is working, and what needs to be adjusted so it can deliver results.

PROJECT STAGES

Defining the scope for the strategy audit

During meetings and consultations, we clarify the audit goals, expectations, and company specifics. This is a short but critical stage: without a clear scope, the audit may miss the key risk.

Running the strategy audit

We use different methods and tools to collect data: analysis of documents, reports, and statistics; interviews with key employees and executives; and dedicated working groups.

Presenting the audit report and recommendations

At the end of the audit, we prepare a detailed report with our analysis, the issues identified, potential risks, and opportunities to improve the strategy. You receive specific recommendations and strategic decisions that help address the problems uncovered.

The Role of an External Consultant
  • Expert-led audit process.
  • Preparation of the final audit report.
  • Recommendations on next steps: which parts of the strategy to work on first.

Work format

  • Interviews with top managers and middle managers.
  • Analysis of data, analytics, and documentation.
  • Working groups.

What the company receives:

  • A detailed report on the audit results.
  • Clear recommendations on what to change in the strategy and its execution.

What the audit does NOT provide

  • Not “a new strategy instead of the old one.” That is a separate service: Strategy Development.
  • Not an execution plan. That is the Strategy Execution Support service.
  • Not an organizational structure for the new strategy. That is a separate product.
