Strategy development
When I came to Alexander, we had one simple but at the same time ambitious request — to understand where to go next, when the goal is not just to survive, but to change.
We are an IT integrator working in Kazakhstan. A classic one, as I used to say. But I was increasingly feeling that this «classic» model had too much of the past in it and too little of the future.
I needed a strategy. Not an abstract document, but a living management framework that would give us a foundation for transformation. And — a person who could help build that framework. We connected with Alexander through LinkedIn, I read his book — and immediately understood that «this is the right approach.»
The work was deep and to the point.
There were no templates and no unnecessary «noise.» Instead, there was:
- attention to detail
- methodical consistency
- and, most importantly — the ability to listen and guide, without taking over.
Yes, the project took a little more time than we had originally planned. But we weren’t chasing a deadline — we were building a system. There was time to think, reconsider, and adjust. And that only strengthened the result.
Right now — everything is still holding on the same wavelength. The team is engaged, tasks are moving, the strategy is alive. We are following it — step by step. And for me, that is perhaps the main confirmation of the quality of the work: we didn’t just sign off on a document — we took ownership of it.
I am glad that we approached this work with intention. Without trying to «put on a show.» Like adults. With full engagement and responsibility.
For companies that are not yet management-mature, I think working with A.maze.S will be especially valuable — they will be able to get the most benefit from you, and quickly.
Alexander is a strong partner. Calm, precise, grounded. Someone it is a pleasure to work with — both professionally and as a person. I am glad we met and I hope this is not our last project together.
