Seminar:
Grow your business

Many companies today are actively entering the global market, mastering new models of cooperation, beginning to attract investments and rebuild business processes. This opens up new opportunities, but also carries certain risks.

The ability to quickly rebuild a business model in changing conditions is a unique and highly sought-after competency. This skill is useful both in the current situation and in developing new business areas. Optimizing the business model helps to increase the efficiency of the company and increase productivity by 2-3 times.

During the training, we will look at your situation from a different angle, together we will generate new ideas and find solutions. The format of the work is discussion, discussion in a group of participants with different opinions and views. Moderators are experienced and strong leaders Alexander Pankov and Irina Sotnikova. Together with the business owner and your management team, we will rebuild your business model taking into account environmental conditions.

What difficulties often arise?

  • It is often difficult for a management team to rise to a higher level and look at the business as a model, and not as a list of operational tasks for every day.
  • Even more difficult is the need to find new meanings in business, to see non-standard ways to optimize the business model.
  • Tools that help rebuild a business quickly lose relevance, and adaptation to the next transformation wave is necessary.

What will you get from participating in the program?
